Hi...Anyone got mail/sms from Union bank of India for specialist Offier Marketing?
Hey guys..any news on IOB?? Any idea as to when will they start sending mails to alloted candidates??
As per IDBI's e-mail i have to complete the pre recruitment formalities (verification and submission of documents & medical examination) on July 29, 2013.
This is not the final offer letter and there is NO mention of SALARY STRUCTURE in the e-mail.

i want to explain the procedure for joining
first you will get an email regarding reporting date [Note -this is not joining date ]
.At this date you have to report to the zonal office of the region you have alloted .[note -your posting will be in that zone only for the first 6 months minimum].
at zonal office they will verify your document .
the next day u will have your medical test[ comprising of -ecg,xray,three to four type of blood testin which 2 in the interval of 3 hours].medical test could be in a private hospital which report directly to bank.or you will be given names of the centres where you have to conduct the tests and report the results to the bank after consulting the doctor.[note- you have to bear the expences of medical test so carry money]
thereafter it takes min 20-25 days to allot you the branch /zonal /circle office.after 25 days you will get the mail regarding joining which comprises of a deadline of 20 days .means u have 20 days to report to branch for joining. [note- if you are not meeting the deadline you can ask for extension at this point of time ]
but you have to report on the exact day of reporting and verification of document[note-failing to report can cause cancellation of candidature]
at time of reporting you have to present a character cerficite from the previous employer and an n.o.c.[note- you dont have to present the resignation letter ]
