I have a question, when there aren't enough students for reserved category seats then why not allocate such seats to general students.
Kam se kam itna toh banks dhyaan de, ki seats jitni demanded hai, atleast woh toh fill hojaye aur waitlist wale log bhi kam ho jayenge.
In the current process 36 st seats were there for ca scale 2, but as per ibps data there was not even a single candidate.

I got 73.2% after test and interview (145 in test) and provisionally alloted as technical officer in Canara bank. But I dont have 60% in my B-tech. Can the banks individually weed out candidates without first class or change the eligibility criteria unilaterally at at this point?

Many persons r saying that promotion obtions are low in it officer cadre
.Though It takes only one year to get promoted from it officer scale 1 to it officer scale 2.
while in po it takes 3 yrs for their 1st promotion
