2013 ~cutoff +7 ( 10 in interview minimum )= 36.8
2014 cutoff + 9 (
10 in interview minimum )= 45.6
So...
2015 cutoff+11 ( and
10 in interview minimum )= 44.8 (expected )

2013 cutoff + 12.8 (interview)=36.8
2014 cutoff+13.6 = 45.6
2015 cutoff+ 14.4 = 44.8
So obc cutoff will not cross 45
