If the unfilled seats from PO4 is more than the no of candidates in RL of PO4, do they add up the difference in PO5 vacancies??

Puys yha 2 bande ha @spacekaatil and @ raga.987.....ek toh in saalo ne lullo jaise naam rkhe ha aur upr se ye bc 3 din se bakwaas pe bakwaas chep rhe ha yha..so inko ignore kro....in saalo ka pre bhi paas ni ha aur khte ha below 96 bahar hone chye because they scored 100+ and thy deserve respect....mera l**d respect bc....
