How much was the cut off for PNB for general and OBC cat in IBPS PO lV??
i worked in capgemini (a software company) and left it for banking ..
i scored 117.75 in IBPS PO mains and prefferd ECGC-EXIM-IDBI
and if i get IDBI ?? will it make any sense to leave capgemini at a packege of 3.6 lac ????

puys ek doubt hai..sab bolte hai ki idbi ki salary baki psb se zyada hai.but kaise?idbi ka to wage settlement b due hai 2012 se,av baki psb ka basic 23700 hai but idbi ka 14500 so kaise zyada hai?can anyone explain?
