Interview by IOB chairman with economic times: answer given by chairman when asked abt 'wt instructions did rbi give to IOB'::(RBI also told us to stop opening new branches as that will increase administrative expenses and stop recruitment process and improve income. Even before RBI enforced the PCA, we have started implementing it.One thing I didn't implement was banning recruitment because large retirement is due in the next couple of years and this is an ideal time to train people to take over the mantle.) THIS ARTICLE MADE MY DAY. IOB IS RECRUITING THIS YEAR. THANK YOU GOD . ATLEAST SOME POSTS ARE GONNA INCREASE.

तिवारी साहब एकदम कडक ऑफिसर ................,
स्टाफ अगर लेट आये तो उनको बिलकुल बर्दाश्त नहीं होता।
नियम यह था की लेट जो भी आएगा वो रजिस्टर पे लेट आने का कारन भी लिखेगा......
उस दिन ऑफिस आने पे जब तिवारी जी ने रजिस्टर देखा तो उनका दिमाग ही ख़राब हो गया..........
तुरंत दस स्टाफ को केबिन में बुलाया गया............,
दसो स्टाफ केबिन में लाइन से गर्दन झुका के खड़े थे......
तिवारी साहब के आँखों से अंगार निकल रही थी और गुस्से से लाल पिले हो रहे थे......
इतने में ही peon अंदर एक मिठाई का डब्बा लेके आया...
इतने में तिवारी साहब उठे......
आँखे तरेरते हुए सारे स्टाफ को मिठाई हाथ में दी और कहा - "खाओ'....
किसी को कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा था पर डर के मारे मिठाई खा ली...
"बधाई हो बधाई", तिवारी साहब चिल्लाये....
और कहा....
"मुझे बहोत ख़ुशी है की आज ऑफिस में एक साथ दस स्टाफ की बीवी प्रेग्नेंट है".........
और इससे भी आश्चर्य की बात यह है की सबकी सोनोग्राफी भी आज ही हुई है"
"बेवकूफो रजिस्टर पे लिखते समय यह तो देखो की ऊपर वाले ने क्या लिखा है....बिना देखे 'Same As Above' लिख देते हो........ ,
😜😜😜और इससे भी बड़ा आश्चर्य यह है की इन दस जनो में दो लेडीज स्टाफ है।😆😆

This post is for all the general girls nd boys whether Rajput,Brahmin,baniya,kayasta etc ...to make them understand that things will get worse than current ....there is no solution in near future ....so don't think about this issue ...work very hard with all honesty ...get a good job ....then unite at whatever level u can nd protest nd agitate against this issue ...support privatisation of every govt department ...becz Pvt companies work under international laws nd regulation which indian govt has to honour by their own statues nd cant play vote bank politics there ...

So kal log bol rhe they ki unke intrvw room ke drwaze pe likha tha ki this time only 19 banks are recruiting...hadh ha yrrrr....chalo agr aisa ha bhi toh ibps ko phle se hi pta tha ki bas 19 bank recruit kr rhe ha...so woh 30000 bando ko bula lete yr cutoff 82 rkh dete...so i think 1:3 ratio toh hona hi chye atleast and 13000 ke around vacancies hogi whether 5 banks recruit or not
