If we think that general and obc cutoff is 76. But sc cutoff is 50. Then u think that this yeat very few sc candidate has crossed the general cutoff. So the cutoff of general will not go beyond 48.

just don't demean peons , chawkidars jobs....
we all may have studied and all... they may have not got that chance...
they are doing all they can do with what they have for them for their families...
just don't demean them.... respect all jobs.... all are doing their bit according to what they can...
one more thing about IDBI
THEY don't give increment fr JAIIB and CAIIB but they pay lump sum 5000 one time. Guys don't compare IDBI wd other banks coz IDBI 100% pays better salary in every aspect from all other banks. IDBI yearly increment in basic pay is 1000 whereas 600 in all other banks. Most allowances in IDBI is higher than rest of the banks.
