Many guys are here talking and asking about "do interviewers fail in the interview"....there are two aspects of it...one is literally failing ..which we all know a rare case, which happens when a candidate misbehaves or something like that....but another aspect is: they give minimum marks or between 8 and 9, which is almost like failing...taking an example of general category candidate of last year..cutoff+20 is always assumed to be a safe score....so at the written score of 102, he needed 44 to clear the final cutoff..so giving just passing marks to such candidate ie 40, will not be enough... and a guy who scored 99 last year needed 50 to clear the cutoff... and many guys get marks between 40 to 50 in interview....
so the point is failing in interview is not only a case where a candidate failed to fetch 40 marks but such marks are almost like failing, which I mentioned above...99 in PO4 was not a bad score at all, and if such candidate failed, he did not fail coz of written but interview.
so u might not find any one who flung d interview but there will be many who got such good scores like 95 to 100 but did not manage to touch the final cutoff...

toh kya ibps 50 walle sc candidates ko chance nahi denge ....mene kisi post me padha ki ibps bas 1:3 ratio follow karta he jaruri nahi hai ki bottom line candidates ko chance bhi mile .
BHAI ek bat samzalo there is nothing like average interview. Kisi ko 45 bhi mil sakata hai kise 75 .totallly depends on panel..and 1 interview mark =0.2 and one mains mark =0.4 in final selections. So anybody scoring 100 and 48 in interview is bellow the candidate who is scoring 90 and 70 in interview. So now khudaka chance dekho without posting you are having average interview n blah blah blah..better wait for 1st April..!!
