Friends. As i have said in my previous post. This is the image of Expected cutoff of individual banks for PO-5 (GEN). I Have Taken Cutoff as 48.40.
2014 final cutoff was 49.6 and written cutoff was 82
this yr it was 76 mns 6 marks less than last yr
value of 6 in 80 would be 2.4 so mathematically cutoff should be 49.6-2.4=47.2
lets add .8 for increasing competition now expected cutoff is 48 ( it looks beeter this way)
>dont afraid of 3000 seats decrement as effect of lesser seats only reflects in mains cutoff .. now game is 1 among 3
so cutoff --- 48 to 49(worst case)
take worst case for calculation ------
> 100+ score mns 40/80 now u need 49-40=9 in interview mns 45/100 now tk chill pill and shut up.
>95+ mns 38/80 u need 11 mns 55/100 aram se milega etna .
>90+ mns 36/80 u need 12 to 13 mns interview should be good thoda fasegaa
more marks in po v will mean more salary in job?

Guys I have a serious doubt .... Was it mentioned in last year PO-4 notification that candidates will be called in 1:3 ratio for interview ?? plz confirm this

Do All panel members give marks seperately ?
when i was interviewed there were 5 panel members of which 4 looked very impressed with whatever crap i was talking but 1 guy was questioning a lot , so am just wondering do all of them give us score seperately like 20 marks each and then they take an average of that score or do they just give a combined score ?? or do they even give any score at that moment , maybe they give us a score lateron and just put some kind of grade like A+ ,B- etc ?

Guys aaj mai BOM k manager se mila uski LIC policy k silsile me. Maine usko pucha k vacancies ka koi idea hai kya po5 me. Usko kuch nhi pata tha, uska chehra udas tha, usne bola workload ki vajah se g**d phati hui hai. Govt ko galiya bhi de raha tha... to kuch aise halaat hai psu banks ke..
In Ibps po v mains exam,only reasoning and maths were very tough.Gk,computer and english were very easy.As a below-average student,I just cleared cutoff in reasoning and maths,still could get more than 90.So I fear many 90+ would be there and cutoff may shoot up.Is it possible,guys? No intention to hurt anybody's sentiments.
