in almost each and every gov job..vacancies are declared with notification....why it is so with IBPS PO that they don't disclose it?? assuming they dont know the exact no initially..but at some point in this complete process they get to know it in exact figures, so what is the problem in maintaining a high level of transparency...?
My score is 96..intrview was very good expecting 65 in that...will i get Vijaya bank or dena bank.I want one of them...i am shattered will i get or not and also on horns of dilemma..somebody save me aur sach btana will i get chance in po 5 and if so will i get vijaya or dena bank

yadi koi 10 main se 8 answer sahi de raha manlo confidence thoda low hai. tab ap is interview ko kis shreni main rakhenge. good, average, and below average. and also define the range of marks in good, average, and below average. thanks

Ab meri bari...mein interview ke shuruaat mei thoda nervous tha...ye maine admit bhi kar liya ki sir pehla interview hai isliye thoda nervous hu..tab unhone mujhe pani ke liye pucha to maine politely mana kar diya...phir unhone mujhse banking and graduation se thode sawal kiye jinka maine jawab diye (with improved confidence)...they were friendly in during....then after 5-7 minutes my interview was over...In between interview they were impressed with my academic record as chairman was saying to other members ' iss academic marks kafi achhe hai'.....and at the end they said 'bahut achha....aap yu hi nervous ho rahe the shuruaat mein'....plz do plausible analysis....what can I expect from interview....wo kuch decent marks denge ya meri Le Li...
