I am going to describe to you about your " SURE or PAKKA" Final Selection in IBPS PO 5 .
"This is based on Final Minimum qualifing Marks and Minimum Interview Marks for u to sail the ship easily".
In 2013 the cut off was, for Gen-61,OBC-60,SC-50,ST-26.
The Final Allotment order for GEN is 42.20 / 100 ( This is the last Person to get alloted in GEN category)
The Final Allotment order for OBC is 36.80.....
The Final Allotment order for SC is 34.20...... The Final Allotment order for ST is 26.20......
Consider a General Category Guy, if he scores 86 in the exam, then 86 x 80 / 200 + 8 ( Minimum Interview Mark ) = 42.4 ( He is IN for sure ) (ie) he has to score 25 marks above the cut-off. if he scores less in exam then he has to score more marks in interview this is the concept. ( When scored less marks in written, Interview marks should shoot up ).
For OBC 75 x 80 / 200 + 7 = 37 he is IN , 15 Marks Higher then Cut-Off / if he scores 70 then he should score 9 marks in interview to get selected .
For SC 68 x 80 / 200 + 7 = 34.2 he is IN , 18 Marks Higher then Cut-Off. For ST 48 x 80 / 200 + 7 =26.2 he is IN , 22 Marks Higher then Cut-Off.
In 2014 the cut off was Gen-82,OBC-80,SC-70,ST-56.
The Final Allotment order for GEN is 49.60 / 100 ( This is the last Person to get alloted in GEN category)
The Final Allotment order for OBC is 45.60..... The Final Allotment order for SC is 42.20...... The Final Allotment order for ST is 36.40......
Consider a OBC Guy, if he scores 97 in the exam, then 97 x 80 / 200 + 7 ( Minimum Interview Mark ) = 45.8 ( He is IN for sure ) (ie) he has to score 17 marks above cut-off.
For GEN 105 x 80 / 200 + 8 = 50 he is IN , 23 Marks Higher then Cut-Off.
For SC 89 x 80 / 200 + 7 = 42.6 he is IN , 19 Marks Higher then Cut-Off.
For ST 74 x 80 / 200 + 7 = 36.60 he is IN , 18 Marks Higher then Cut-Off.
Averag Score = "From the last 2 years we come to know that a GEN category candidate should score around 25 marks above the cut off to get conform selection with minimum interview score. Similarly in OBC a guy should score 15+ marks and an SC Candidates should score 19+ marks and an ST Candidates should score 20 marks above cut-off to get Appoinment Order in his hand even if all SCORED JUST A "PASS MARK IN INTERVIEW" (ie) 8 and 7".
" Note : ALL this is based on Minimum Interview Mark Calculations, if u have scored less marks in written that doesn't means u should get panic or dont get worried because u (ALL) will score above the minimum interview marks, i know lot of guys getting 1 marks higher then the cut-off and getting placed as PO's so dont worry. This information is 2 give confidence to those guys who scored 20 marks above the cut off and still worried about there selection due to polling and other things". If u have scored 7 marks above the cut off u r seriously in for the competition ( Not applicable for GEN Candidates ).
In 2015 the cut off was Gen-76,OBC-76,SC-50,ST-47.75 Since Vacancy is less this year around ( 14K ) i am adding 5 marks extra in candidates above average score. GEN candidate should have scored 25 + (5) 30 marks extra to get offer letter (ie). 106 x 80 / 200 = 42.4 + 8 = 50.4 ( - 2 error correction) 48.4 is the ideal score for GEN candidates for conform selction, if some one wants to be in the merit list he has to score high. if some one scored less then 100 he dont need to worry he should score above 10 in interview.... it goes lik this.
OBC = 15 + (5) = 96; 96 x 80 / 200 + 7 = 45.4 ( - 1 error correction ) 44.4 or 45 is the ideal score for OBC Conform Selction.
SC = 19 + (5) = 74 x 80 / 200 + 7 = 36.6 ( + 0.4 error corrction ) 37,38 is the ideal score for SC Conform Selection.
ST = 20 + (5) = 72.5 x 80 / 200 + 7 = 38.9 ( -3.9 error correction) 35 is the ideal score for ST Conform Selection. I predict that this years final allotment will be in this range ( Since Vacancy is less, compared to previous Years the last persons final allotment will be two marks higher then the Overall Average standard of the final allotment (All Yrs) )
Gen = 62 - 47.4/48.4
OBC = 58 - 44.4
SC = 56 - 36.2 ( Generally the final (Last) cut off for OBC and SC will varies from 2 to 3 marks but this time it will vary vastly due to lower cut off for SC )
ST = 50 - 32.2
+ or - 2 marks may vary from final allotment , if u r in this range u r safe and u may expect allotment order.
Guys even if u scored 76 u have fair chance to get in if u score 14+ in Interview (ie) 70%. Dont worry about the Polling because there is no authenticated method to verify that the peoples voted are genuine, simply they may vote, or to check the no of candidates in the mark (range) they may vote, the peoples who r not selected for interview may also vote because the polling is for all it dosent specify that the polling is for interview candidates only,some may vote to make us panic.....etc. Wait with "HOPE" till Final orders because For Clerk even getting 15 marks above cutoff is like cat on the wall but in PO ALL will have fair chance even if u scored 1 mark above the cutoff.
"This is purly my prediction the actual result may vary"
ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR BRIGHT FUTURE
