i know its a silly question but still its bothering me...at the tym interview my panel was conducting it serialwise...the guy just before me was absent(only ) ...my question is that by mistake can they give interview marks to previous guy because they didnt asked any personal question to me not even my name ..... how they give markings on our documents they recived after verification or in the different sheet .. kindly help

Hello Puys, writing this after a long time. Every year, these forums help many people. With each passing day and with Dawn of another, a hope of result comes. Very natural I must say. People posting questions about their possible selection and their replies, trust me they make a good read. Enjoy every moment of this. Result will come one day and the journey continues. A person rented his house. The tenant used to feed the street dogs daily. But tenant's intentions were not very honest. He started selling things that belonged to the house, such as its doors, windows, etc. Finally when he started selling the bricks of the house, the landlord could not tolerate and went to the court, won the case and got the tenant out of the house.
Now the landlord rented again the house in dilapidated condition to a new tenant who started repairing the house installing windows, doors, etc. The dogs started coming again to the house in the hope that the new tenant just like old one would also feed them.But it did not happen, the new tenant did not feed the dogs and the dogs started barking at the new tenant all the time.

Before appearing for mains I hav asked many guys abt safe score. They all said cutoff+20 means safe. Wen d marks came out I saw my marks as 97.5 and was on cloud9 with happiness. But these days after seeing all these posts nd queries am really depressed nd my tension is mounting up. Plz help me frndz.. My intrvw was below avg.

Frndz believe it or not I dnt care. Am nt gonna make living out of telling lies. Tdy my inst chairman has invited one of the panel members who has been conducting intrvws for d past 3 yrs and retired frm andhra bank. I asked him personally wt z the pattern u follow while giving marks and how many average marks u hav awarded for candidates. He refused to say initially. I tried to push him harder but if I push him am gonna loose him. So I rqstd him again "sir plz tell me I assure I dnt say abt this to anyone and dnt speak to others about u plz sir " he said..." Ok, we dnt hav any pattern of awarding marks..bt for MBA and commerce guys we give extra marks like if he deserves 50 we gve him 60 coz we badly need them ...average marks according to our panel members we try our best not to fail him unless he s rude or reckless..we hav awarded 55+ marks to all guys maximum..but we dnt hav liberty to award 70+ ..we hav so many rules to give 70+ am not going to speak abt that anymore and u plz focus on ur xams leaving this topic rgt nw..." By listening to his wrds I came to my own conclusions.. Plz dnt abuse me thinking that I hav cooked up this story..I already said I am nt gonna get anything if I mislead u by writing these things.. And finally he boasted himself saying but every panel chairman wil nt b as gud as me..
so how much u got in ga,eng n comp.i scored 82/100 n in maths n reasoning 33/100
i mean 90 % of those guys (gen) whose score less than 100 will not make to the final list. so get ready for next battle
