They asked me about various GK & Football topics. At the very end I was told " Whatever profession u join, continue your good General Knowledge ". As the CWE cutoff for OBC and UR always used to be somewhat similar be it 2013,2014 or 2015, but still there is a significant difference in the final cut-off. Why is that..?
some candidates are saying cut off for sc may go high around 38..5 some are saying it will be around 34-36 .....and the rest are saying the safe score is 37........many of them focusing on sectional cut offs they are saying sc cut off is low due to high sectional cut off but there are so many candidates who score in between 70-80 ...some are saying if there are so many above 70 then why the cut off is 50 ??? we have already discussed a lot about the cut offs ..........but look guys..i think after so many days of dicussion we are on the top floor of the building but look the reality is we are still inside the basement trying to find a lift.......................?????????? nooooooooooooooooo````````whats going onnnnnn??????

then another question apke papa frtilisers ka business hai..btaiye ek direct agriculture h ya indirect..i did a major blunder here n said i don't know..then another asked sbi me kaam kia hai project kya tha..i said on paper project was SME loans upto 1 crore..n i said kyc kaa kaam karvaya den question asked kyc kya h documents required ....told...then said na ho kyc to...then i said small acccounts me hum delay kr skte h 6 months ke liye..
then last question chairman asked how will u handke a customer jo gusse me aya h uska kam nhi ho rha hai..u r manager
i said i will listen to him n try to find the source of his problem n will link with the related department then said vo na maane uske paaas kaam bht hai i said i will shft his wrk to some other employee...then said fir bhi na maane..then i said usse manna hoga at d end sir kuki i am manager..then he said point to hai..then i repeated mane bhi apne manger ki saari baat maani thi to unhe bhi maannni hogi..then he smiled all laughed n said point to hai..ok u can go.. i said thanku have a nice day sir..i was in formal black suit with white shirt and a pleasant smile... please spare your time n tell me how much i shud expect???
