why wont the panel members fail a student in interview? is there any such rule for them from IBPS tat they should not fail a candidate unless they misbehave?

friends biometric dis matched hone se Hamari Eligibility to Cancel nahi hoti hai? bcoz notification me aisa kuch bhi nahi diya hai. so jinka biometric match na hua ho(mere jaise badnasid) tention na lo .......or ye process ibps ne first time use ki hai or lagbhag her 100 students mese 4-5 ke biometric nahi aate to IBPS use Bhaga Thodi Dega....
