ST candidates pls share ur score...
My friend in TCS works almost from 9.30 in the morning to 8.30/9.00 in the evening. He doesn't get any perks. In hand is only about 25000 and have to manage in a big city like Hyderabad. I guess most private are more or less same.
So now look at banks. banks can be considered a stress free job right? We don't have some deadline hanging on the top of our heads. We get good house rent, easy loans etc. And still in hand is about 38k. It's better to be happy with what we got.

if you go through last year allotment sheet..ull find two guyz got PNB at the score of 49.6 but as someone said 4th and 5th digit belongs to a particular category, so they are not general...but if someone made it through unreserved category he must have cleared all cutoff as a general candidate....
AFAIK a general merit list is prepared irrespective of category...then accordingly as per preference bank are allotted when unreserved seats are filled they move to different category and respective merit list...
if i am right cutoff of PNB should be 49.6..doesnt matter if it is given to a non general candidate whomsoever has got that ,got that as an unreserved candidate....
correct me if i am wrong and is this not the way it works???
Ye post un logo k liye jo rumour fela the h above 50 cutoff ka .ek bat to socho ki is bar kuch nya thodi hone wala h jo cutoff itni high jaye dimag ka use lo kch har bar ki tarah is bar bhi 76 wale bhi select honge so don't demotivate .mere rrb me 105 the fir bhi selection ho gya I got jkgb .so guys don't spread rumours cutoff will b around 48 for general and 45 for obc all who secured above 80 has chances mine 96.5 thanks

Friends last year in IBPS PO 4 I got 83 in written and they gave me 72 in Interview held at VARANASI but I was not finally selected, belongs to UR category....I want to know that what r my chances this year if scored around 100...???Interview was fine though I m timorous about my po interview marks this year as I got less in rrb po instead of gud interview.

My score being 104, my preferences were ECGC> EXIM> Allahabad Bank> PNB> ... I belong to Jharkhand & had seen this preference list on BA. Now after seeing PNB & BOB in everyone's top list, I am thinking I did a mistake. Did I? Is Allahabad bank not a good one?

How allotment is done by IBPS..
first a merit list is made according to marks irrespective of category.
Now let it be topper is from gen category.
he will be given his first preference in UR list.if no seat in 1st prf dn 2nd pref is given
Second topper is from OBC. he will be given his 1st pref in UR list...if there is no seat in UR LIST..he will be given seat in OBC category....if there also no seat...then his 2nd pref is consider in UR list first dn in OBC list if no seat is vacant in UR list...
same for SC/ST and other categories.

Iam a jaat candidates placed in Bob last year but due supreme court order we didnot got joining. This year i scored 96 genral category. In interview thier first question were u graduated in 2014 what were you doing uptill now i said sir i got placed last year so n so they were shocked to know this they kept me asking about this issue as i cleared genral cut off still didnot got appointment . Then they said we know how it feels jab clear karkw joining nhi hua but leta forget the past aghey ka sochte hai hopfully you will clear again lets hope and then they asked me jan dhan yojna and self help group and banking correspondents thats it and asked me to leave ... Was it good interview ?? How much marks i can expect ??

my biometric didnt match at the time of interview but they allowed for interview...is their any problem at the time of final cutoff...please tell me i m really worried....
Bahai koi mughe btayega ki obc(oc) category ka is bar ibps po5 me final cutoff keya hoga plz
