i got 95 marks.. obc.. how many marks should i need in interview to get job??

Please tell me how this reserve list works?
1. Do reserve list candidates include those whose score is below the cut off (eg below 49.6 last year)? If yes, what is the cut off for RL candidates?
2. How much time do all reserve list candidates have to wait?
3. Once you are is reserve list, it is sure that you will get a job?
4. If you are in RL, will one get the 1st preference

i got 118.25 in po 😁 but got non interview post in ssc 😞
If A can read a book having certain number of pages in 6 hrs, B can read it in 4 hrs, then after how much time would B have read twice the number of pages than that of A?
Please help. anyone?

guys jaipur interview panel fail to nhi karte na- my interview below average
coming to
po 2013
cut off --61--24.4
final cut off--42.2
interview at minimum marks--42.2-24.4--17.8
po 2014
cut off-82
final cut off-49.6
minimum required at lowest marks--16.8
so we can see the variation.
marks varying from
17.8-16.8
as per my assumption this time 17.4 would be required at 76 marks
so
30.4+17.4---47.8 is reasonable cut off for generals in extreme case
in best scenario
30.4+17---47.4 would be the cut off
as per my view
note---anybody having 90+ with average interview have a good chance this time.
