I am a silent member of this group. But today I want to share a heart rending incident happened with my fate. After sharing this fact, I will leave this group forever. I appeared in RBI Grade B 2014 and have interview. I secured the exact final cutoff for General category I.e. 208 marks but I was not selected. When I call RBI HR, I came to know there are 3 candidates in 208 and they took the seniormost one due to unavailability of seats. Also they informed as few candidates usually don't join for IAS etc.....we two I.e. me and Bhat Arun will be called within 5-6 months. This happened last February. Arun and I called them innumerable times in this period and they kept our hope alive. In the meantime we came to know 3 selected candidates,who scored more than208 and occupied general category seats, cracked IAS. We became delighted over this fact and called HR again. But HR told, though they occupied general category seats but as they are reserved and took age exemption, only reserved candidates will be called o behalf of them. I scored 41 in interview still I haven't been selected! This is our country. Here reserved are better than deserved! We saw the marks list, only 21 out of total 117 seats are General! Though 58 seats were general out of 117, 37 reserved ppl occupied the general seats through own merit.That means over 70% of selected grade B officers will be Dy Governor one day securing 193 but we couldn't! They may be officers of nationalised Bank for 2-3 years still they are backward than unemployed you! Our country gives marks relaxation, exam fees relaxation cut off relaxation, prem exam training for free, promotion quota. Also there is no logic to select candidates in the basis of seniority! They could tie according to written marks like IIT! I am not blaming the reserved candidates, everybody want to avail benefits, but where is our country leading to?! I have decided not to appear in RBI anymore but one day will come when deserved candidates will be vanished from Indian high responsible designations. I don't expect any arguments over/against my post, can't control my tears,my pain,my despair while writing this. Best wishes to you people. Bye.

My Interview Experience (Expected Score - 75)
Venue: Bank Of India Staff Training College, Noida
Time: 1 PM
Entered into the gate with most confidence. Two lines were standing for attendence. I signed in front of the name of mine and go into venue. I shockingly shocked to see the room is full of seats with people.No worry i asked by one man in his old age to wait for 2 hours
Time: 3 PM
Went for inside verification of my own documents. He checked everything look beautiful and okay. Asked to go top to 1st floor for interview.
Time: 6 PM
I asked one boy who was young to speaked about interview. All he tell me from his mouth about beautiful lovely interviewer he love her
Time : 6:30 (My Time)
Preparation: 1: To saying good afternoon as sky has no sun
2: To talk in pure form of oxford english (To impress)
Entered into small gate of wood,
Me: Sir and madam can i come near your body?
They: Yes come fast
Me: Very much good afternoon to all of you sir and madam
They: Sit
Me: On the top of the chair ?
They: Stare . You have a engineering degree. Why do you want to come in this sector?
Me: Sir job less is there on the globe to find my and they throw anytime from office.
They: To aap NPA ke bare me kya jante ho
Me: Sir i know no hindi my problem. I only english talking
They: (Seemed shocking. I think they impress by my oxford). Aap NPA kaise kam karoge?
Me: I sell the building standing on the floor of earth
They: Okay
Then they speaked about my own family in the house for knowledge.
I thought i very impressed them
They: (All stand on the ground) We have never met anyone like you in our life.
Me: (Feeled happy and exciting. I got standing avation afterall) Thank you to the all in front of my face.
They: Shook hand very tightly and speaked me to go out
My interview was gone excellent
