Some advice for both Hindi speakers and Non Hindi speakers-
Dear Hindi speakers-
-Please understand Hindi is just a language among many other languages of India. It may be a language with highest number of speakers, but not "majority" language (41.1% according to 2001 census)
-India belongs as much to non Hindi speakers as to Hindi speakers. So stop asking "Being Indian you don't know hindi???".. Being Indian has nothing to do with knowing Hindi..
-To be more of a "Bharatiya" or a "Hindu", we can directly consult Sanskrit, no need of Hindi as an intermediate language, as you might be knowing Shankaracharya, Madhwacharya, Ramanujacharya, the three pillars of Hinduism in modern times, all from south India, were masters of Sanskrit, they didn't have to learn Hindi.
Dear Non Hindi Speakers-
-You have no right to "Order" Hindi speakers to speak in English just because you can't understand Hindi.. Its their choice whether or not to learn/use English.
-If you can't understand what they talk, you have three choices 1) Learn Hindi, 2) Request English translation 3) Keep quite
-Although its not compulsory to learn Hindi, you limit your own area of influence if you don't learn Hindi. Because the reach of Hindi is far wider than English (in India)
-Hindi originated few hundred kilometers from you whereas English, many thousands of Kilometers away. Learning Hindi will benefit you in mixing up with your own countrymen
-So stop being arrogant and look forward to learn Hindi.
I am a proud South Indian (Kannadiga) and I know Hindi well enough

Friends Last Year PO-4 me Mera ek frnd 52.20(GEN-Female, Career 1st Class) score kiya tha nd use PNB mila. And ushi ka dost 52.40(GEN-Male, Career 2nd Division, He had scored 57% In Graduation) Laane ke baad bhi use 3rd Preference UCO Bank Mila.
To Mujhe Yeh Lag rha he ki Banks ke (PNB,BOB)bhi kuch criteria honge , dat career 1st class hona chahye ya some sort of these things. Warna ek ko kam marks lake PNB mila nd Dusre ko usse jyda marks UCO kyun?
