hello people!
dropping in to share something i saw in my ibps po 5 interview. I had my interview on 23rd jan @ corp. bank staff training college. bangalore.
It happened during document verification, a candidate who was working in a private IT firm had not brought document to prove he is working with the firm. the guy verifying docs was implying to him that it is better to run back home(the candidate had earlier told he stays 30 min away from the venue) and bring the docs because there is some marks reserved for guys who have graduated and working some where. i didnt know this. i have graduated 2 years back and since preparing for govt. exams. i was like what the heck is this, hearing the guy make that new revelation.
i went back home and gave it a thought, seems fair. you have 2 guys who have cleared and proved their standard in a particular exam. one has kept back at home and the other is going out, working, meeting people and has thus got professional experience. whom would u chose? but anyways this is not some prvt. firm HR trying to find the best guy to work for them.
now the thing is can anyone here enlighten me if the docs verifying guy really meant it or just wanted the guy to fetch docs for his convenience?

Mains attemt 151 but tukka ka game hai math and computer ko chodke interview main lots of technical question bank server vsat and interviewer asked me ki agar brach mai rechnical fault aa jaye to samal loge......kya hoga pata nahi ....but i think 151 mai se 151-51,=100, but agar 151-70=81 ....kya hoga.
If you get are allocated under IBPS PO on 1st April... Would you try for SBI PO?
