here many people are worried about obc certificate format.
1- Date of issue of certificate should not be older than one year.
2- You need not make new one on IBPS format if you already have one.
3- The format of obc certificate of central govt. is same all India and this will apply in bank, central govt jobs.
4- There is no problem whether certi is in hindi or english.
5- Certificate signed by DM, SDM or Tehsildar or digitally signed all will be accepted.
keep in mind certi on state format will not be accepted only on centrall govt format.
