Those who are going to join bank either as clerk or PO , for them-->
1. Never incline to any Girl (in any form) no matter how beautiful, 'sweet talking' , 'caring for u' she is, because if u incline then whole world will start pointing towards ur good conduct of ethics, and u ll arrive in a controversial situation. Ur reputation will be spoiled later by ur own branch ppl. People will look at u in an ill-favoured look---> like this- 'are vo jo ladka khada hai na udhar vo kal us ladki ki sath ghum rha tha.. abe uska character thik nahi hoga, ofc me kya chala rakha hai'. Now u would be asking to urself wtf why ppl r talking like this?? I was only talking to her and nothing else. Reason----> After u finish ur work and go to home by saying "bye" to her, then real show starts, she will start complaining about u before BM "he always comes here and talking to me I am getting afraid please do something" and in d very next day no matter how good u r to BM , no matter how good u r to her, u will be blamed severely for that propensity of talking and "laughing". So save ur reputation and image by not getting plunged into this dilemma.
2. Never expect that ur Branch Manager or Chief Manager would deal with you very nicely because u r dealing with him/her very nicely. Your BM/CM/AGM may always be very rude to u because of the pressure of the Senior staffs of ur own branch. Ironically u may be trying to unfold why a senior staff could be the reason behind my harassment it is bcoz of their personal probs or being very jealous of u.
3. Do n't get afraid if ur BM tells u that I will conduct a meeting because of ur irregularity even if there is NOT a single irregularity from ur side. In d meeting whatever will be asked to u, do n't reply it in a roaring voice.. very calmly start talking and finish it soon. No usefulness will be uncovered to u if u argue with them.
4. If u can survive 'scoldings' , 'heavy workload up to 9PM' , 'dealing with arrogant customers daily like a traffic police handling crowd missing lunch', 'can give very less attention to ur family sometimes divorces occur', 'can tolerate scoldings from senior officers', 'can survive without going to native for 1 year' , 'mentally harassment due to psycho nature of other staffs' , "u may feel VERY bad because sometimes u r being forced to do job of a peon" then u r welcome else if u r in software, teaching line, railway, ssc or any other pvt job then do NOT ever leave ur job and come to this field. I do n't want u ppl to regret later and blame urself.
5. Point no 1 has happened to my friend and remaining points have happened to me. Reason why I am talking all this because when I had asked for the suggestion how is d job and all at that time NOBODY elaborated abt the mental harassment types of situation and did NOT even tell me that u may face such types of situation in ur life if u join, NOW I am trying to quit this job but due to money prob I am not able to quit, I am repenting, 'deeply broken inside'.
