arre maalik koi BANARAS wala hai kya yaha interview dene wala? ye BC chaandpur me kaun sa office hai bank of baroda wala wahi pe mera bhi hai, koi hai to batao yaar, ya mai akela hu varanasi me interview dene wala 😂
I did blunders while filling ibps po..kept the preference list as..EXIM>ECGC>BMB>PSB>PNB>BOB
and all this while I thought I had PNB as top choice and then so on..now as I am expecting 100+ in written and 50-60 in interviews..so Kya hoga mera ??? 😞 given my priority is to stay within North Zone and also good salary ...pls respond puys!
Why IBPS don't mention interview ratio.
Reasons:
1.They give chance to all the shortlist candidates irrespective of their category and secured marks.
Suppose a candidate secured cut off mark in wrtn 76 and in interview a candidate can get maxm mark as 88. So his/her final cut off will be 48 which might be the final cut off for selection. And that's why IBPS don't select those candidates who secures less than 76 , bcoz they might not be able to find a seat in final selection considering 88 as maxm mark in interview.
2.IBPS is still unaware of how much vacancy will be there in that current year. Bcoz PSBs can increase or decrease the no. Of vacancy at last moment. So they call candidates by taking rough estimation so that they will not face any unwanted situation like 2011-12.
It's my view,suggestion are welcomed !!
