Guys which one is better between RRB OS1 and PSB OS1 in terms of work pressure, allowances and salary ?

is service bond in rrb can be transferred into any nationalised bank if i get alloted later through ibps po 5......now i alotted into one rrb as os1.but it has a service bond of 2 lakh.i also shortlisted for po interview......please advise
Is this true that J & K candidates give separate exam instead of ibps and seats are reserved for them? I know a jewel working in a psb for two years. Always doubted his ability and intelligence. I asked myself how such idiotic people could clear ibps and interview till recently got to know he is from j n k and rules are different there.
