Puys, I need some help! I have been self-employed as an aptitude and general studies teacher, giving tuitions/coaching students for competitive exams. I had mentioned this in my online application form under the work-ex section. However, the interview call letter says that I need to produce a 'work-ex' certificate. Obviously, I do not have any such certificate because I am self employed. Will it be a problem if I go without one? Having or not having work experience doesn't negate my eligibility anyway. Still, will the officials understand, or will they still insist on bringing one?

YESTERDAY I DID A POLL TO KNOW WHETHER ANY CATEGORY PEOPLE GOT 'QUALIFIED UNDER UR' OR NOT?AS MANY AS 16 STUDENTS SAID THAT THEY HAD BEEN SELECTED UNDER UR.THEN PANELISTS WILL ATLEAST KNOW THAT THESE CATEGORY PEOPLE HAVE GOT REASONABLY GOOD MARKS WITH RESPECT TO THEIR RESPECTIVE CATEGORY CUTOFF.THEN WHAT IS THE JUSTIFICSTION OF THE SO CALLED PRINCIPLE OF NOT DISCLOSING OF MARKS?

PROBLEM-SOLUTION STATEMENT OF IBPS 1- 2011- NO COMMON INTERVIEW some puys got all bank interview calls and many could not get a single interview call...................................................................... 2- 2012 - INTRODUCE COMMON INTERVIEW interview cleared by all candidate. only half of them absorved by bank ..................................3- 2013 - INTERVIEW MARKS KNOWN TO PANEL. interview was farce.u know what i mean. majority got marks as per their written mark .............................................................................................4- 2014 - hide interview mark during interview there was affect of REGIONALISM. some panel gave good...some give avg mark......................................... 5- 2015 WANT TO KNOW WHETHER PANEL SELECTED FROM POOL OR JUST LIKE PREVIOUS YEAR WHICH MAY AFFECT BY REGION.
