Query regarding NOC from current employer. Is writing an undertaking at the time of interview sufficient or is it a must for one to take an NOC at the time of interview?
Also, is there a way to get this confirmed from a responsible IBPS guy? Kyunki phone lagaane par reception waale to kuch bhi bak dete hai, unka bharosa nahi kar sakte 😐

Disclaimer: bhai log before making any perception just one thing- I am neither speculating anything nor have any say regarding IBPS interview dates criteria (tht it's marks or roll no wise).. but I zeroed in a total diff analysis (on facts only) There is a link on ibps website where Reg no of candidates qualified for interview is given in 207 pages! In every page there are 33×6= 198 candidates! I have my intrvu on 22 Jan and my Reg no is on pg no 168 so 33,066 people are called before me (according to registration no theory) And aftr tht roughly 7-8k ppl will be left for interview and 5 days more as last interview date is 29 and 2 holidays are there (as one sunday and Republic day is der) so according to 'Reg No theory' first 33k+ candidates will be interviewed in 5 days and rest of 7k in 5 more days, makes no sense! So anyone have any explanation as i am clueless about it! :/
