Why msf rate is equal to bank rate? Since bank rate is high as it is for long term where as repo rate is less as it is fr short term? Then why bank will borrow via msf as they have to give more interest than repo rate?

Final score we get = 24.4 + 17 = 41.4.........Final CUT OFF was = 42.20

from 135 attempts in sbi po i got 105 marks 194 attempts in rbi assistants i got 174 still didn't get any of these in final round.even with 153 marks in cwe clerks 2014 couldn't manage a place for myself how much can i expect in this with 134 attempts ? and how much in interview
