1. Experience certificate is required from the bank? OR only NOC will be sufficient??
2. Salary slips needed for the last 3 months?? OR not required ??

Q)75 boys finish a work in 24 days. How many men will complete twice the work in 20 days while 2 men do in a day same work as 3 boys do in a day.
Q) A person named as Z holding a cheque of amt Rs 2 lac of a VIP customer, came to ur branch and gave to a cashier for the payment but the account holder's signature is NOT there so cashier asked the officer what should he do and at this time over phone that biggie customer told to the officer that Please do the payment and I will come and sign in 5 mins. So officer told to cashier to pay the amount to person Z. Cashier paid Rs 2 lac to the person. After collecting money Z went out happily .
When that biggie customer did n't come to the branch to sign that cheque, the officer contacted and explained the whole scenario, the VIP customer told that I had NOT sent any such Z person to ur branch and I had not told u also to do the payment either, henceforth it appears to be a big fraud by that person Z who took the cash and disappeared. Contact no and name of Z all came out to be fake. Now this VIP customer demands his money madly.
Now whose mistake is this and draw sensible conclusions that what action should be taken by the bank.

I think in this thread nobody is working in any Nationalised bank as I got no response on my previous case study..
Case Study No 2: (this one much simpler)
I have maintained a bank account with avg credit balance of Rs 1 lac but due to certain circumstances my balance goes below 1000 lets say Rs 560 and bank deducts minimum balance charges Rs 660 from my account and my account showing debit balance of 100 rupees, I became very angry and told to officer to close the bank account , as an officer what will u do??
My 2nd case study also noticed no answer, here goes my 3rd case study :
Case Study No 3: ( this is the simplest among all 3)
A clerk/officer posted a NEFT of amt Rs. 1 lac but wrongly it got credited to a different account and an officer has also authorised it mistakenly (lets say while talking by phone). Now party demanded for the money as the bank could not recover the same after much trying. As an officer what will u do??
If this one nobody could answer, then I will draw a conclusion that this thread contains no best brains.
