Yesterday i was listening to Harsha Bhogle speech....he said " dont think of others , how they are preparing and how many marks they can score...just do concentrate on ur performance to give 100%...even if u fail after that you won't be having regrets...but just always try to give 100%''...the same thing applicable for us also...'why we r concentrating on our written exam marks and how much we need to score in interview to get PNB,BOB etc...all we have is to give a 100% interview and it s in our hands...rest we cant change right now except to prepare for d coming exams... 😃
Government owned Dena Bank plans to sell shares to investors which may help them to raise close Rs 380 crore from equities market. The bank has given a notice to the stock exchange that it plans to dilute government holding upto 52% from 65% now. The board of the bank will be meeting on December 3 to consider the proposal.
The government has indicated in the past that it would dilute its stake upto 52% to enable banks raise the much need capital to grow banks' loan book and clean their balance sheet that is burdened with bad loans.
The board of the bank will also consider a proposal to raise perpetual bonds termed as additional tier 1 bonds amounting to Rs 1500 crore and tier II bonds amounting to Rs 1000 crore.
Based on the current share price of Rs 45.45, with 13% dilution the bank would be in a position to raise Rs 380 crore. The market cap of Dena Bank stood at Rs 2932 crore on Tuesday
