How many vacancies are there in IBPS PO and how many are selected for the Interviews?

Minimum and Maximum scores Obtained In IBPS PO Last Year
Category Wise :::
UR :: 49.6 - 73.8
OBC :: 45.6 - 68
SC :: - 42.2 - 68
ST ::: - 36.4 - 54
Last Year Written cutoff was
82 for UR
80 for OBC
this year its 76 ( same for both ) . a variation of 6 marks so lets reduce it by
6* 0.4 = 2.4 from overall which makes it 47.2 and since many of the high scoring candidates are out due to High sectional cutoff so my gut feeling says its going to be less than 47 .
Now since the written cutoff is same for both OBC and UR . Many of the OBC Candidates are going to occupy seats in general category which would mean , lesser seat than last year for general candidates
vacancies are already believed to be around 13k
There is a every possiblity that the OBC final cutoff will be less than 2 marks than general .( it was 4 marks less last year )
Last year 16700 Approx vacancy
Out of which UR category ( 8212 ---This also includes OBC/SC/CT who qualified as UR )
so this year we have 13000 seats
that makes 6500 for UR .
So if you belong to UR category and scored less you need to do really good in interview .( This Year particularly )
cuz
1) Same cutoff for OBC and UR
2) Less vacancy and tight competition
Not to forget OBC/SC/ST can always occupy seats in UR cat if they score equal or above UR .
So if you belong to OBC category you still can get a job by getting a final score of 45 . so if you get around 80 in Written you only need to score about 65 in Interview which was 75 in chart 1 for UR candidates . ( cutoff for OBCs can further go low )
Last year 4482 among 16700 seats were from OBC .
What is the marking procedure for IBPS interviews generally? Do they allot marks according to the number questions you answer properly? Or your academic record? Or your general personality/smartness? Anyone has any idea? 😛
why ibps is not disclosing the vacancies bank wise when they have got that list of vacancies reported by bank?i think dey should learn from ssc regarding disclosing of vacancies before interview.this is dictatorship from ibps.
One question is striking my mind since 2-3 days.
Why IBPS doesn't declare marks for the shortlisted candidates? Is there anything like they will select solely on the basis of Interview from the shortlisted. I mean whoever will perform well, they can edit their written marks for them.

hi everyone...can anyone please tell what was the minimum final cutoff for last year to get a seat in pnb....and accordingly any guesses for this year also for pnb as cutoff has decreased a bit??
Guys i got selected for the interview but now i have a doubt . i forgot my banks preference order ...is ther a way to find what is the preference order given by me during application filling??. Secondly will they ask again for prefernce or will they directly allot according to my preference list of i get selected in interview
