i attempted 96 cleared for interview .what are my chances in selection.pls guys getting a feeling of fear. what to do..
one request from my side .... those who are generally good in english section but could not qualify for some reason, please comment your marks in english from 2nd shift, i would like to have an idea how was the section. i have done good in it but one is actually not sure how exactly the scores pan out................

For those who are worried about less number of vacancies...
Lets accept that shortlist - final list ratio to be 1:3, just like last year..
Since this ratio is almost fixed, competition also is fixed!
Irrespective of number of vacancies, one person will get job for every 3 persons...
No matter if vacancies are 10,000 or 50,000, you still have to compete with 2 people only... Then what is the need of worrying?

Exactly 40,673 where shortlisted for ibps po (since it is always been 1:3) dividing by 3 we get 13,558 vacancy... roughly 13k vacancy ..

What if so called internal sources of BA right! I mean they said 19k vacancies with 58k calls for interview in the ratio of 1:3 but let's do not go with 1:3 trend so may be it's same Arnd 19k vacancies in the ratio of 1:2 with 40k people called for intrvu!
I am not saying it's 100pc sure but definitely it can be a considerable picture!
Guyz be cool....hwa aane do....last time my marks were 84 (cutoff-82).......interview -68.....just give ur best.....interview is mostly luck...be prepare for worst....I was like 0% prepared but interview went great.....If i can get 68....U guyz are so talented....U will get 80+
