All the participating banks(except ecgc and exim) have same salary structure, or it varies according to banks?
In 2013 minimum score for final selection was 41.6.(paper was difficult & cutoff was 63) In 2014 it was 49.6. ( paper was easy & cutoff 82) In 2015 paper was much difficult than 13 as well as scoring topics like quadratic, coding-decoding, ineqality etc were removed. So after analysing all these points my conclusion is that the final score for selection will be around 47-48 maximum (gen category). You guys too analyse and discuss please.
