Guys I heard that interview panel hardly give above 70 in an interview to best candidate but at same time those relatives are in interview panel they give around 75 to that candidate even if he/she performed avrg or below avrg.
Puys pehli baar mera IBPS mein tukka laga hai. Last chance hai mera as i m 30 now.
Interview ke liye koi badhiya sa study material batao jisme banking ki gk ka maamla set ho jaye.
Daily newspaper aur monthly current affairs main kar hi raha hun.

As per information received from our sources in IBPS, this year total number of expected vacancies in PO profile are approx 19100.
Also, the number of candidates shortlisted for interview process are
approx 58000, which is almost three times the total number of vacancies.Also interviews to start from 18th JANUARY.
