Does 2 to 3 years gap matter in bank exam interview ? previously I was preparing for technical exam. But I did not get selected in any of the psu companies. I have got many rejections in the interviews also. Now I have started Bank preparations. Even if I get selected in the upcoming IBPS written exam, I shall have a gap of 2 and half years in January 2017 when the interviews will be conducted. Will it be a huge disadvantage for me? or now a days it is normal among students who are preparing for bank exams?
Please share any experience, idea or opinion......

1) There is bond of 25k in Canara Bank and we have to give notice period of 3 months prior to leave.. can this be case like if a person gives notice prior 3 months to leave..bht at the end of 3rd month some circumstances change,he is willing to continue in Canara.. so Will he be able to continue in Canara after 3 months or he has to leave the bank now.. ?
2)what's the procedure to get extension of 1 month in case I got call in 1st batch of canara bank po.?
