Answer to my previous post- All Officers of a nationalized bank or SBI are definitely public servants but in selective cases, although they are not entitled to any other privillege conferred upon public servants at large.

Character certificate from 2 persons, preferably one from last university attended, and one from a respectable citizen of his/her permanent residence. Plzzz, someone help me out in understanding this. If i cannot produce character certificate from last university attended, then will it be okay to produce Character certificate from 2 Gazetted offers?
