The lease allowance is not a component of salary, and goes to the house-owner's account. However, in order to cash the full benefit - people arrange for a share from that rent. Wherein, cash payment of that component is shown on the name of landlord - cash is handled over to him, and employee gets his share from that cash. For example, lease limit in a particular area is 20,000 and X gets a room for 7000 - but he wishes to utilize the full limit allotted to him, and shows the rent as 20,000 thereof. Within this amount, 13000 extra goes to X in cash every month. However, this inflow of money cannot be accounted for.. So, crediting one's bank account shall lead to inquiry and consequences thereof. It is suggested to use this cash to carry out daily affairs.. and saving the salary this way.. And this is how everything becomes fair and well accounted.

After seeing their 27 Page pre employment form i got high shock. I don't know any gazetted officer who can sign and tell i know you also from last xyz months. Any idea how can i handle this issue.
OK since all puys r on a spree of asking weird questions.. let me add to it. My query is .. suppose my allotted bank CBI mails me the joining details on my gmail id. It somehow gets parked into Spam folder and therefore i miss it. And once i realize it, its too late and bank doesn't allow me to join them after the mentioned date. Can i then Sue GOOGLE company for it . If yes, how much money should i put on stake for them ? Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
