I got canara in po and oriental bank in clerk
I have some confusion pls give me suggestions
My doubt is that last year canara gave joining to first list in September and 3Rd list in Jan so if I will get joining in 3Rd list than its too late.... Meanwhile if I get joining in clerk before that.. Should I join clerk first and than resign from clerk for po joining?... Is it right? Or it may cause any problem in taking relieving certificate or while joining po?

I have seen many of my Friends are disappointed and Broken. It will be my great pleasure If I can help motivating them, For which I want to share my Views....
Definition of success is different to all as per situation,position,Place. What I feel being happy is success. Ok so to become happy some want job ,some want home, some want their business to grow high.
Today in the world of immense competition we forget many things that we are in a far better position in this world or we have many reasons to Be Happy.
So what are they ... 1st thing is that we are born without any disabilities which is biggest gift to us. 2nd We have roof on our head , Just imagine how people on traffic signals spent their nights in open be it strong hot summer, sever cold winter or Strong rainy season. 3rd we/ our family are not victim of any worst situation like RIOTS, Child abuse, RAPE etc (Please apologies if this line hurt) .There are many more worst thing but leave it for now.
I will tell you about my situation..
I had Education loan of 2.5 lakh when I started earning which seems impossible to finish. I appeared for each govt exam Have given SSB 3 time failed for (Army and Airforce), Technical exams- GATE failed 3 times, HAL failed 2 times, BIS failed 2 times, MBA cet failed to get good college 3 times,banking exams like SBI, IBPS, LIC, NICL failed.
I would have been quit giving exams after this disaster and continue job in IT industry . But after failure I have analysed myself my situation. Then I found I have no goal no planning and giving all exams for the sake I need govt job which is wrong perspective. So based on no. of vacancies and no. of exam I started preparing for bank only.
But after to many failure today my situation is diff. After Detailed analysis of myself and Exam I changed my way to study. Instead of getting frustrated I put more efforts and Now I got final allotment in IBPS and Shortlisted in almost every bank exam conducted after aprl 2015.
I know this not any great achievement and here are many veterans who have great knowledge but due to some bad-luck or any other reason not selected..
I owe my due respect to all those aspirants who put their Extreme efforts and request you all NEVER QUIT but to STAND STRONG
