WP cron is a task scheduler of wordpress (IBPS uses wordpress to design and publish its website) used to automatically update a notification or take a backup of a site at specified intervals.
It simply means that at 12:11AM something was done on that site. esp. that page... may not be necessarily an update.It maybe a periodic backup also.
