- will work in the allotted bank till retirement
- 5-6 yrs and switch to pvt banks for huge salaries
- Leave as soon as you get ssc, upsc etc

One of my friend is under extreme pressure in PNB (as a PO CWE 4), he wants to quit the job for CGL 2016 preparation but is the bond period is not yet over. He cannot pay that bond amount and want to simply run away. Can he do that, in case he doesn't want any Work-ex certificate?
by d time we join d bank...DA wud reach upto 49 to 50%....so minimum inhand salary wud b 35K for any of those banks....wats say frnds??
