Something about small and big banks -
The Banking realm is subject to frequent changes every now and then. And when there's a choice of choosing between a big bulky bank and a seemingly peaceful small one, we all have different opinions. However, a few facts confirms just the opposite.
A small bank indicates less workload and employee-friendly policies, while a big one means heavy load and no say in the organization. But this is just not it..! there is more. Let's say a bigger bank implies a bigger brand.. And whether buy it or not, that does connect the dots. Moreover, there are extra perks as well.
Nevertheless, that doesn't beat the workload.. so what does then? Something better indeed - in a big bank there's no danger of merger and insecure future, while in small ones - they are bound to be merged with the bigger ones. Say Rest in Peace to postings then, usually employees are thrown hazardously in random places, and there's a lot to deal with politics and unions. That's about reality. But whatever Bank you get, be loyal to it.
