i find many people anxious here that many interview board like Noida hv a reputation for giving avg or low marks .....for those let me tell that this year board composition is different than previous year ...this year there is a mixture of panel from different banks in each interview board ...unlike previous year where the bank conducting the interview made its own board from its own staff ....so its a different year ...different game .....gud luck guys ND gals ...cheer up ..
