हर exam से पहले जब हम centre पे पहुचते है बहुतो को छोड़ कुछ चेहरे common से लगते है
एक दो exam के बाद जब पहचान थोड़ी सी बढती है फिर पहचाने चेहरों के results में दिलचस्पी दिखती है
आपका वो exam/interview कैसा गया अपना तो राइता फ़ैल गया
फिर एक दिन ऐसा आता है जब पहचाने चेहरे गुम होते
लाख कोशिशो के बाद भी वो centre पे हैं नही दिखते
इधर-उधर से पता है चलता उन्हें वो bank allot हो गया
इस बार भी बैंक अपने तक आते आते कुछ अंको से रह गया
एक दिन(@ 1 APR) उन गुम चेहरों में अपना चेहरा भी होगा

Around 18 lakh candidates registered for po5( leave the first 3 nos of reg nos, that's registration count that starts from 1410000001 to 14118------. check selected list of candidates ) around 15 to 16 lakh candidates appeared for po5 pre. may be 2 lakh appeared for mains in 1:10 ratio. ibps called 40000 in 1:2 ratio. total vacancy 20000. it's possible because of 2 tier exam. ibps director also said that they are going to recruit 20000 officers next year in june 2015. ( don't say it includes specialist, manipal and bla bla bla). you will know it in 5 days. All the best friends.
