Yar jo other state candidates hai un logo ka agar zyada marks hone k bawjood bhi nahi hai toh may be kam seats reserved hain other states k liye isiliye unki alag cutoff gayi ho. That's why few candidates are claiming that they are not in the list even after 60+ marks.
