************WOMEN RESERVATION BILL A STEP IN RIGHT DIRECTION************
When Katherine bigelow was creating history in USA by becoming the first woman ever to win an Oscar for Best Director, few men in India were trying to interrupt a bill which was about to rewrite the books of the biggest Democracy. Definately the interruption by the MPs show frustration of the male dominated society where females are piercing the glass ceiling day by day.
Indian Political arena has never been devoid of female politicians and social workers. Right from Sarojini Naidu to Sushma Swaraj all have played pivotal role in the Politics of the nation. We cannot forget the vision of Indira Gandhi. We as a nation owe a lot to this reformist leader. But apart from few female stellar MPs Indian Parliament have always treated them as Minorties. Currently they just form a meagre 9 % of the total.
Women Reservation Bill is a right step in a right direction. We have already seen the success of women reservation of 50% in local Panchayats. This step will really increase their awareness regarding Politics and will create a much needed fresh air in the parliament. We can expect new thoughts and fresher ideas from these MPs for woman empowerment.
Though being a male dominated Society India has never been notorious for the attrocities on woman like the Arab nations. But neither did we set examples of thier Ascendency. Countries like Nepal, Pakistan and Afghanistan have left us behind in this regard by having special provisions in the constitution. Nepal has 33% women in the Parliament without any Quota. That really indicates the ultimate milestone that we have to reach in the long run. We cannot boast of having a standard democracy till half of the seats is filled by the fairer sex.
If regional parties like SPand RJD leave their short term policy of appeasement of Minorties a new era of Justice can be paved in for India where the Fairer sex will have enough opportunities and they can participate in the developmental activities of the nation.

IS it possible to sync RSS Feeds directly to the signature? So that my latest posts of blog are displayed automatically in my signature.
And for a second I assumed you had sync'ed your RSS feed directly to your sig and wondering how 😉

Syncing RSS feeds with signatures ?? I dont think that is possible. This forum-plugin must be cofigured to remove any executable scripts(as RSS readers are usually php and xml)
