the above sentence is correct . But acc to me it sud be something like this:

Reason: subject is company so it should be was

I understand C D E dont make sense . confused b/w A and B. OA is A.What is the issue with B.the clause correctly  mentions Brad here.why is it wrong?

OA is A. why not B. "turn out to be " is in present , so" originally seem to" looks correct to me.as it is also in present.

A should have been fine when "turned out to be" would have been there. a past tense sentence.
