1. Those who are not able to attend the GD/PI on the given slot, can attend the same at GOA on 5th and 6th March. P.S : Don't start writing mails from today only. Wait for this thing to come officially on website. We will let you know.
Hey thanks for the info. I have my GIM GD/PI on 2 March in delhi and NMIMS's on 3 March in Mumbai. But I will be flying to Mumbai on 2 March itself to avoid last minute rush. Do you think the adcom would consider this? I know I should write a mail and wait for the response. But then I need to book the tickets and hence wanted a quick opinion about this! What do you say?
But if at all it is urgent, you can mail as I said. Then it's on college to consider or not.
But for those for whom it is clashing with other college's gd/pi, it should be changed.
Mine is clashing wid other college gd/pi......will they be changing the date ?
As told by Avinash, you can get it changed to Goa Centre for either 5th or 6th March. Read the post carefully. If there is some other query, you can ask us again.

Yes, they should.. Wait for Monday at least. things shoud be official by then. Then you can book the ticket for Goa to attend gd/pi for either 5th or 6th.
Hats off to you for answering every query patiently...Not a question , but a little disheartened because having scored a mere 77.xx prcntl, half the battle is already lost as 50%wtg is given to XAT score..I have 1.4 years of work ex. I read in one of your posts that you had low score as well. Any hope of miracle here...:|

1. Yes, I had the cut off score last year. And there are few more in our batch who converted with %ile of 77-80.
2. Though the weightage of XAT Score is 50%, the actual difference in marks is not much.
3. GD/PI Performance is the most crucial deciding factor.
4. So give your best there. Prepare hard and I see no reason why you can't be selected.

Seniors...thanx for being patient n answering all queries. I still havent got d mail at 81, have been checking my mails like crazy...most probably my gdpi date wud be around 27th but not sure. As I am working, it would be difficult to manage leaves n other stuff at the last hour. Even d login link is still not available. I think just posting a simple pdf with details of selected people would have been easier, if the login link is taking time and seeing d evident uncertainties associated with mails. Anyways, hope things become clearer soon. :-|

sir as d topic given in d gd vl hv it's pros n cons..so one shld be taking jst d one side or shud be discussing both d aspects??ur view..
You should have one side and in fact you will have. But during the course of GD, you need to listen to the other side as well and then while concluding you have to cover both the aspects.
It should be a give and take process. Hope this helps.

Even Work Ex certificate from the company specifying the duration of your work ex would work. Get along the pay slip as well.
I got a 81 percentile in xat and got a gd pi call.Tell me something.Wat if they ask me my cat scores.Should i tell them my real marks.Can it affect my chances considering the fact that my cat scores were such pathetic that by now i hav forgotten that i even took cat.
