What is the admission procedure of iit roorkee ? the gate score is further normalised ? cut-off last year for UR was quite low 29.33

everybody is seeing one or two persons and changing their option..so we con't say where compitaion is more or less....maximum(kerala.maha,karnataka ,assam will face more compitation.. even more gate score persons also changing their options ...And survy is use less...so do it as u like...ask u r friends for suggetions ..dont follow survy...

IIT Roorkee needs 5.50 Cgpa in BE to apply for Mtech, i have 5.49....so i should not apply ? Or i can round off to 5.50 and apply ?
