@saurabhlumarrai the next is IIM B
what about IIM L and K..??
@indianhoshi the format of RAT has already been mentioned in their brochure. As far as hostel accommodation is concerned, I'm also worried as they have not mentioned the fee and availability in some nearby area. Again, only two trains with odd timings. There are 2 stations of Indore. Which one is near to IIM I? Help plz?
@saurabhlumarrai all are supposed to come almost simultaneously. These IIMs can't manage to have single admission process. I wonder how they teach management!

I received calls from IIMC today for interview in HR and Behavioral Science Area

@amitmohapatro congrts bro!!
@indianhoshi Congrats !!! which area have u applied to ? I havn't got the call from IIM I yet for RAT / Interview ... Do they send rejections ???
@rahul5184
if u have given a score u might get the interview (scheduled for 27th april) call letter at a later date ... as such this rat call is for the 'without-score-wallahs'

@amitmohapatro congrats to u... calcutta is probably the best in this domain...will be looking forward to your interview experience here...

@@mmgg
the indore junction..indb is your stop... wer will u be boarding from? one more thing bro.. checked the brochure, but couldn't locate the format...m i missing something ?

@mmgg
don worry about the fee (i.e. if one is lucky enough to get the accomodation ) , they are usually base-minimum,,.. the worrisome part is if one doesn't

i'm boarding from Jaipur

In which order IIMs declares their shortlist..???IIM A-->IIM I--->(?)and How much time does it take to know the final shortlist after the interview process???

IIM C declares results on the very day of the final interview i.e. in the evening of the second day.
Other IIMs declare results after 15-30 days of the interview.
RAT results are declared on the evening on the day of the test.

i have also (unexpectedly) received the call for RAT at iimi.... the only one i applied to... one worrying thing... they have said they will allot accomodation on a 'first come first get in' basis... i will be in a soup if i dont (get in i.e.)... any advice puys... also any pointers on what is the format like... is it aptitude or case studies... if thre is math, what is the level like... i m a behavioural sciences candidate !!! all this apart from the fact that there is only i train to indore 4m kolkata....... oof..2 many hurdles in life

RAT is just like CAT, but much simplified. Maths should not bother you, it is much easier than CAT, just as the rest of the RAT. Though there may be more sections (4) than CAT (2 sections). You just need to keep cool and score more or less the same across all the sections.
Just hope for the best. ATB

@rahul5184 RAT is NOT only for 'without-score-wallahs'. Anyone not satisfying cut-off criteria of 80%ile in overall or in sectionals is invited for CATching the RAT

Do not know how many students they have called this year for RAT, but normally they are able to accommodate all students. So, you may treat FCFS as *Terms and Conditions Apply clause without much worry. Regarding fee - see above for details.

Hope this relieves the concerned persons.

I too got a call for IIMC for HRM Area...XLRI & IIMC by now....both falls on the same week i.e on 3rd Week of March...When can we expect the results of both the institutes?

@amitmohapatro Wow congrates...will you plz share your profile???
