I am new to this site ... Got fpm call for IIMA in CISG. I have been searching Google for the past few days looking for the kind of questions I may have to face on 12th march during my interview, but could not find much info, except that IIMA has one round of interview which lasts for about 30 minutes in which one has to show determination towards the fpm program and motivation for research. Anyone have any past interview experience of fpm at IIMA ?

as per my experience...u need to be thorough about whatever u hav written in SOP...u need to brush up concepts of ur last degree if u r a fresher...and if u have experience then u may hav questions about it...
u r right that u need to show ur interest in research and academics...u also need to show that ur interest in the area will persist for coming 4-5 years....

I got interview call for FPM from IIMA in OB on 11/03.
Had some doubts please if anyone can help
Do we need to prepare our research proposal to present before the interview committee?
I am working as a JRF so do i need to give details about my present research project also?
Do i need to be well versed with all theories in OB?

@Muneza Even i have cleared JRF in June 2012...JRF is accepted in most IIM as an alternative to CAT for FPM programs.

I am particularly interested to know how much do they grill in FPM interview at IIMA for technical knowledge ? I am having my interview for FPM CISG on 12th March. For example, if I say that I have done a term paper on a particular topic during my Masters; then how much in depth knowledge do they expect from my side related with that topic. I have heard from some of my friends that in IITs, PhD interviews lasts for an hour and even more. Are IIMs FPM interviews the same ? Whats the normal panel size (I suppose more the number, more questions they will have to ask) ?
