In some of the IIMs,its two round interview-first round conducted by the related faculties of the applied area and second round conducted by the FPM committee members...
Generally second round is a kind of stress interview...

@saurabhlumarrai The process differs across IIMs. What you have quoted happens in some other IIMs (IIM C for example). At IIM A, only one round of interview.
Hello everybody. A lot of questions asked on this forum are about cutoffs for securing calls at different IIMs. Now, this is extremely difficult to answer. That's why I have added a new column 'Score/Percentile' in the spreadsheet. Future applicants can have a fair idea on 'cutoffs' if people with calls fill in this column. Request puys who have already added their details on the sheet to update this column as well.

@horsehead Last year IIMB released the shortlist on 13th March...and interview were on April 5TH AND 6TH............
