I guess what he means is one of the things that show the stature of a club is the kind of talent that it can attract .....the fact that most of the good players prefer going to spain over england is a cause for concern for the premier league....the only stars in the last few years who have come from spain to england have gone to manc ...with manc paying twice the salary wat other clubs would....

What is the parameter of greatness??Greatness is a subjective term,but he has proved himself in Euro U21,Bundesliga and WC.And if these achievements don't make him great,I do have doubt on many so called great players in Premier League.

Ozil is a great talent... but great player?? well, it takes much more to be a great player and i have seen quite a few great talents vanish before really proving their mettle.. he hasnt really been the star of his home league and must have atleast a couple of really good injury free seasons at Madrid to even consider himself for that great player category...!!

Apparently I am in the same boat....
Regarding the match today it was an awfull performance by United, dunno what was Johhny Evans a CB or CDM, he was cought out of position in every Fulham attack, and since when Nani started takin penalties for United with Giggs, Owen and Berba in the line up...Perhaps United still need to learn from the missed penalty by Carrick at Turf Moor last season(this one might also cost them the premiership)
It was a disappointing show in all for me....
Perhaps this team always rides on luck ....
And united fans are not happy because nani missed a penalty. They will say that man utd deserved that second own goal coz the pressure they created.Perhaps pressure by fulham was not good enough for them but man utd pressure was deserving of a goal.Pure hypocrites.

It was one of the classic game.Samp up with 3-0.Pazzini and Cassano were in God mode,suddenly Rosenburg changed the game with sublime strike.Marin was unstoppable in the left wing,but Bremen missed Hunt to an extent.
Werder Bremen have got enough quality to give top side run for the money.
